


Pork shares available Fall 2024.
Our heritage breed (Duroc / Hampshire / Berkshire) pigs are born & grazed on pasture in a chemical free environment - pharma free - hormone free. Our pigs are raised completely outdoors in the open air. The pigs forage in forests and pastures, giving them access to a natural diet. We move the pigs to new ground periodically to introduce fresh food. The meat of heritage breed pork is richer, sweeter, darker red, and has more marbling than “the other white meat” breeds.
WHOLE SHARE: $200 non-refundable deposit to reserve
$4.50 per pound hanging weight* (approx. 180 - 200 lbs)
HALF SHARE: $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve
$4.75 per pound hanging weight* (approx. 90 - 100 lbs)
BUTCHER FEES: Separate and paid to the butcher directly. Prices vary depending on customization and butcher selected.
*Hanging Weight is a weight the butcher gives us after the animal has been harvested, drained, head, hide, feet, entrails & organs removed.
PIGLETS: Available periodically for $100/each. We have a litter ready end of May 2024.
